Business Coach, Educator, founder of Gratitude Education, and owner of Salon Gratitude in New Hope, PA. Matt is a hair cutting expert with a business mind. He has spent the last 9 years educating stylists to help them develop a better knowledge of the industry, and to help them be more successful behind the chair. Working with some of the top stylists, companies, distributors, and receiving recognition awards for artistic ability, dedication, knowledge, and skill are just some to name. In 2010 Matt Developed Gratitude Education with one goal in mind, to help stylists and salon owners all over the world achieve their goals.
Barrett Stillitano
Element 3 Stylist
Barrett is a graduate of the Lab Paul Mitchell partner school, and she has been doing hair for 6 years. She is a Paul Mitchell national educator and travels within New York and New Jersey educating others. As well as being a part of the Gratitude Education team. Barrett enjoys doing photo shoots for costume gallery dance catalog. Being in this industry is a passion of Barrett’s and being able to go from educating, cutting, coloring, styling, and behind the scenes at a shoot makes you realize that you can live your dreams.
Thaddeus Boland
Element 1 Stylist
Thad is a graduate of The Temple a Paul Mitchell partner school. He enjoys long cuts
that are ready for a beachy blow-out that has just stepped of the run way, the
short and funky styles that radiate personality and emotion. He enjoys both the
adventurous and elegant sides of coloring hair. Thad has been with salon gratitude
since the summer of 2011. He’s a big fan of continuing education which is why he has
taken the opportunity to work not only as a stylist behind the chair but
also on the road educating with Paul Mitchell and Gratitude Education. Some of his
adventures in life include getting to travel not only to teach, but to learn he
has been to Las Vegas, Miami, Orlando, Baltimore, Washington D.C. and many more
destinations in the future!
Brian Haire
Element 1 Stylist
Bubbling over with passion for his profession, Brian has a clear love for many
the facets of the hair industry. As a new member to the Salon Gratitude team, he
is excited to bring his devotion to hair to New Hope. He graduated from The Lab,
a Paul Mitchell Partner School in Ewing, NJ, and is a National Educator and
Platform Artist with Paul Mitchell. He has had the opportunity to share the
stage with some of the industry’s top stylists, and now he brings all that
experience and enthusiasm behind the chair everyday as an Element 1 stylist to
help people bring out the best version of themselves.
Drea Boland
Element 1 Stylist
Drea is a Element 1 Stylist at Salon Gratitude. She graduated from The Temple: A Paul Mitchell Partner School in 2008. After graduation Completely enamored with the industry she traveled to as many shows and classes across the US as possible. Drea loves the ability to create custom color and cuts for every person in her chair.
